DMCA Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Note: This page is a general template describing a standard DMCA notice-and-takedown process. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction. Independent legal review is recommended, along with registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

IPTV Apple TV respects intellectual property, including the content our subscribers watch on Apple TV. If you believe material connected to our service infringes your copyright, here is how to tell us.

Apple, the App Store, and player apps

IPTV Apple TV is an independent service and is not affiliated with Apple Inc. We do not publish the player apps you install from the App Store. Copyright concerns about a particular app should go to its developer or to Apple; this page covers only our own service and website. See our Disclaimer for more.

Checklist for rights holders

Before sending, run through this list. Each item is required by section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:

  • ☐ Signature of the owner or authorized agent (physical or electronic)
  • ☐ Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • ☐ Precise location of the material — URL, page, channel name, or title
  • ☐ Your name, postal address, phone number, and email address
  • ☐ Good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized
  • ☐ Statement of accuracy and authority, made under penalty of perjury

Designated contact

Copyright Agent, IPTV Apple TV
Email: support@iptvappletv.com
Subject line: "DMCA Notice — [name of work]"

One notice can cover several items, as long as each one is individually identified.

Review and removal

Valid notices are acted on without unnecessary delay. We do not decide who is legally "right" in a copyright dispute — our role is to respond to proper notices as the DMCA sets out, and to give the other side a fair route to respond.

Counter-notices

A counter-notice is the formal way to challenge a takedown. It must identify the removed material and where it was, include your contact details and signature, state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and include your consent to federal court jurisdiction and to accept service from the complainant.

We send a copy to the original complainant. If no court action is reported to us within 10 business days, the material may be put back within 10 to 14 business days.

Good-faith use of this process

This process exists to protect real copyright interests. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or a mistaken removal may expose you to damages under section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Repeat infringers

Using IPTV Apple TV to repeatedly infringe copyright breaches our Terms of Use, and accounts doing so may be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
